Evacuating your colleagues along with any visitors in your area is one of your main responsibilities as a Fire Warden.
It is the Fire Wardens role to stay calm and:

• Gently but firmly encourage your colleagues to leave the area.
•
• Note the location of individuals that refuse to leave.
•
• Try to keep your colleagues calm during and after the evacuation.
•
• Consider using a whistle or loudspeaker to aid communication.
•
• Complete a thorough sweep of the area.
